Alistair delivered a three day workshop on HR Planning and Talent management which was held in Qatar for the Oil and Gas Sector.

Candidates on the UK CLDP programme completed their next module on Preparing and designing L&D activities. The workshop was delivered by Alistair.

Rhyan delivered a one day Developing and managing talent workshop in London.

The certificate programme for a major Abu Dhabi bank saw the candidates completing their penultimate workshop with

Alistair on Supporting good practice in reward management. The final module will be held in September.

Alistair travelled to Oman to deliver a two day workshop on HR for Line Managers.

The third and final module for the Certificate in Learning and Development Practice programme in Russia concluded with Alistair covering workshops in Delivery and evaluating L&D activities.

The Managing employees effectively programme continues with training taking place in London by David.

Candidates on the UK CLDP programme completed their fifth module in Undertaking a learning needs analysis. The workshop was delivered by Alistair.

The second cohort of HR Managers for the CHRP programme in Abu Dhabi continued with David delivering a two day workshop on Resourcing talent during which a skills assessment took place on selection interviews.

The Advanced Award Level in Talent Development (AALTD) continued this month in the UK over 2 days with Alistair. 

The certificate programme for a major Abu Dhabi bank saw the candidates completing a one day workshop with Alistair on Performance management.
