Certificate in Management
| Outline Content and Deliverables The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management aims to give managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing core management skills and assisting participants in gaining the fundamental knowledge required by a manager.
This 20 day programme is highly interactive and participative, where participants will be working on real life management issues from their own personal experience and building and supporting skills learnt from each workshop, with clear outputs and tools to support the implementation of the learning back in their roles in the business.
The qualification will also require participants to produce a number of work based assignments and projects, related directly to their business and their own roles. This method provides the formal qualification assessment for the programmes.
