Outline Content and Deliverables
The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management aims to give managers the widest choice for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing a very wide range of management skills and assisting participants in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required by a manager. This qualification builds on the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management, though is more suited to the experienced manager, due to the more challenging demands of the programme.
This 9 day programme is highly interactive and participative, where participants will be working on real life management issues from their own personal experience and building and supporting skills learnt from each workshop, with clear outputs and tools to support the implementation of the learning back in their roles in the business.
The qualification will also require participants to produce a number of work based assignments and projects, related directly to their business and their own roles. This method provides the formal qualification assessment for the programmes.
