Further Conflict Management workshops have been requested by one of our clients which will run into 2017 – this month’s one has been held in Loughborough

Following the success of a London based Leadership programme last year, the client has decided to run further sessions for employees in 2016/17.  July saw the first two modules taking place on Developing Self Awareness and Managing Yourself, one in London and the other in Croydon.  The workshops have received excellent feedback from the delegates who made the following comments ‘I was presently surprised. It was very interesting and I have learnt a lot. The lecturers are amazing, dynamic and helpful.  I'm really keen on doing all the modules now.’

‘This was a really useful course, most that I have been on do not provide realistic examples that can be used on a day to day basis. This was an exception and truly was outstanding! I am keen to open the materials again to reflect and use what I have learnt today.’

‘Thank you once again for designing a very informative and practical session.’ ‘Thank you for this and for an informative and productive day.’

A Measuring Effective Learning and Development workshop took place in Bristol this forms part of a bigger programme with a variety of topics the client is running globally.

The online HR Essentials programme with an Asian based company started Module Four this month the three sessions taking place in July and August are focusing on Performance and Reward Management.

Following the grading of a final assessment for the London Based CHRM Cohort 4 group, one of the students said the following ‘I have just returned home from work to find my results and that I have passed my CIPD!!! I cannot thank you enough. You have been an absolutely wonderful tutor and have had a style that motivated me so much.

Your style of tutoring and your support have meant that I have passed this and I will always remember you with extreme fondness as someone who has such a lot of experience but that shows support and compassion and a flexible way of developing people, you are so right for that job. I could see that you were very in tune with how each cohort was doing and what they understood and what they didn't and that you flexed the way that you educated us to meet the audience and gain the best from us. You have certainly challenged us and I did not find this course easy at all! I nearly gave up after the first session as I found it hard but you advised me to continue. I felt I could always talk to you and I knew that you wanted us all to do well.

I have learnt so much from you and have really enjoyed hearing about all of the interesting challenges that you have faced throughout your career, you have my utmost respect and any cohort that has you as their tutor, will be so very lucky to have your direction and support.’
