ALR working with CIPD Enterprises – Highlights

Following the success of the 10 day Talent Management programme for a delegation of Indonesian nationals back in August, they returned in December for a facilitated workshop for a review of what they have produced for their talent management strategy and ideas on how to take it forward.

 

A further Strategic Manager workshop was held for a London client as a mop up session for those previously unable to attend.

 

Two new qualification programmes started in January for our ongoing London based client.  Cohort 7 of the Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and Cohort 9 of the Level 5 Certificate in HR Management.  Both programmes were held in Nottingham and covered introductions to the qualification and Developing yourself as an Effective HR Practitioner and Developing Professional Practice respectively.

 

Meanwhile, CHRP Cohort 5 attended their final module on Supporting Good Practice in Managing Employment Relations over two days and the CHRM Cohort 8 attended their third module on Using Information in HR for one day – both were held in London. CHRM 7 and CHRP 6 had their workshops in Nottingham on Resourcing and Talent Planning and Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR both for two days.

 

An Immersion day was held in London ahead of a new Management Development Programme starting for a client in February.  They will cover three modules over the coming months with two levels of employees.

ALR working with CIPD Enterprises – Highlights

A Talent Management session was held for a client in Durham as part of their ongoing talent management programme.  The Programme Lead gave the following feedback. ‘Just wanted to say a huge thank you for facilitating our event so brilliantly yesterday. It was great and the feedback was also fab.’

 

The London based CHRP Cohort 5 qualification programme travelled to Nottingham for their next module on Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management.  This module includes a practical based activity to reflect on the learning as part of the two day workshop.  The CHRM Level 8 cohort completed their second module on Business Issues and the Context of HR which was also in Nottingham.  An Alumni Event was held in London for the clients’ previous cohorts and this was followed by a graduation ceremony for cohorts who have recently completed their qualifications.

 

The final Module 3 of a Management Development programme in Basildon took place with a session on Managing Performance to Achieve Results.

The Managing Client Meetings workshops concluded this month in Luton.

The final module of the Progressive People programme for 2017 was held in London with the workshop on Personal Development Strategy.  Delegates fed back with the following comments. ‘I am so grateful for the time and effort you put into these sessions. You have always made them very engaging and a pleasure to be at. Thank you for being a star.’ ‘It has been a pleasure to attend your training courses throughout this year. Thank you so much.’

A Talent Management session was held for a client in Exeter as part of their ongoing talent management programme.

 

A new Strategic Manager training programme started for an existing client in London, followed by a further workshop on Recruitment in respect of new manager training.

 

The London based CHRP Cohort 6 qualification programme travelled to Manchester for their next modules on Recording Analysing and Using HR Information and Understanding Organisations and the role of HR over two days.

 

Final wrap up sessions were held in Bristol and Darlington for the Management Development Programmes that have been running for the South West and North

regions.

 

A two day Talent management workshop was held in Manchester for a new client.

 

Module 2 of a Management Development programme in Basildon continued this month with a session on Communicating for Positive Impact.

 

The Managing Conflict training continues for a client in Loughborough.

Alistair conducted a training review for the client who is working towards an updated standard to ensure they were up to speed on their training and staff assessments.

Two new qualification programmes have started in September for our ongoing London based client.  Cohort 6 of the Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and Cohort 8 of the Level 5 Certificate in HR Management.  Both programmes were held in Nottingham and covered introductions to the qualification and Developing yourself as an Effective HR Practitioner and Developing Professional Practice respectively.

A final wrap up session was held in West Drayton for the Management Development Programme that has been running for London Cohort 2.

 

A new Management Development programme has started in Basildon with two separate groups attending over the two days.  The first module has focused on the Psychology of Management.
